How to apply online for Ration Card in Odisha

You can get the ration card application form from Municipality Area (ACSO Office), Municipal Corporation Area (ADM Office) or from Block Area also (BDO office). Once you have the application form, fill it completely along with all the required documents.

Duplicate Ration Card in Odisha

Duplicate Ration Card in Odisha can be issued by submitting a simple application form at the same office were you have submitted the application form request (by same office I mean you can get the duplicate ration card issued from any of the recognized ration card office/center, you don’t need to visit the exact office where you have submitted the application form for the first time).

You will need the reason (in written) what has happened to your ration card and why you want a duplicate card. You will also need approval from your FPS (Fair Price Shop) dealer.
